A free online program for people with memory concerns to help them stay socially connected.

The Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing (CHeBA) is a premier research institution in Australia, investigating brain ageing and dementia.

CHeBA  has designed a free online program for people with memory concerns to help them stay socially connected.

The project includes five online group sessions and three individual online sessions to track progress.

If you are over 55 and have noticed changes in your memory or thinking or are living with mild cognitive impairment or early states of dementia, this could be for you. You need to be able to join online meetings via laptop or tablet.

If you are interested  in participating, please see the attached flyer

To receive updates, access to exclusive events and the latest research developments, please    Subscribe to the CHeBA Mailing List.
