The Health Promotion Service for Older People is inviting community members to register for their upcoming free health education sessions. These sessions are designed to empower seniors with practical knowledge on essential lifestyle and administrative topics.

Established in 1991, the Health Promotion Service for Older People (HPSOP) provides free health education to seniors in NSW with funding from Western Sydney Local Health District. The program aims to increase community awareness by offering sessions on a variety of health topics specifically relevant to older adults. Trained Volunteer Peer Educators deliver these one-hour sessions both in person and via Zoom. To support diverse communities, sessions are available in English and 10 additional languages.
